I've thought about this since you originally posted this . . . ummm . . . my mental health goals? I want to be happy. I am happy but I want it to last. I want to feel useful. I do feel useful with my hubby and baby but I want to also contribute to society.
What are the steps in between where I am now and where I want to be, extending the type of happy/useful life I desire? I think it's a lot of work. My past holds me back. I'll have to ponder this much more. da da da dumm
