My initial, informal thoughts -- your symptoms may come from
- the depression itself
- medication (Prozac) side-effects
- adverse medication interactions
- sleep problems (including quality of sleep, not just duration)
- an undiagnosed medical problem.
Managing depression means keeping an eye out for other problems as well.
