I myself do not have OCD, so I don't know that much about it.. so the only thing I can say is to write it down, maybe find out what it is that is causing it? Does it happen all the time? Or only when you're stresesd out?
I'm glad that the Zoloft is helping, Have you talked to anyone about this? I can understand it's frustrating, what kind of things do you find yourself saying? Can you stop it , or is it ongoing?
