The first time something happened to me it was similar. I first had a panic attack (shaking, crying, hard to breath etc..). Then I reached out for help and my "OLD" doctors office was refusing to see me. I had a manic episode---I snapped and went off.
It sounds like you had a panic attack followed by euphoric mania. I encourage you to seek professional help. And consider speaking to your parents and/or another close family member.
