In my first degree, I briefly did a stats/math minor, so I had to take more than one course in calculus. Right now though, I'm studying in computer science for my 2nd degree and calculus is also required, although I'm not entirely sure how it applies to programming. Anyway, if you do decide to take the community college course in calculus, then maybe you'll remember some of the content, making it a bit easier in part of the course.
