I finally got notice of my remand hearing, It is 11/30/2012. Of course I am a total mess, so worried on the outcome. It has been four years of fighting and has taken a major toll on my family and myself. We have had to sell everything we have just to survive. We have had to take our childs savings to pay bills, breaks my heart. And now we are forced into bankrupcy and trying to keep our home. I have more evidence, but as my attorney stated along time ago we have the worst judge in the sate. and more than likely we will get him again. I PRAY, I PRAY, I PRAY.
