You might have high cortisol levels that are preventing you from sleeping. There's a supplement that is a type of lipid that blocks cortisol called Seriphos [phosphatidylserine]. It's used a lot by athletes as the following articles explains:

I don't know if you can take it if you're on meds--you'd have to research that.
