Im really like this. It comes and goes dependig on where i am in my menstrual cycle. I know its hard tio, but i really try to keep eating my three meals even if they are small no matter what. Then when i do feel really hungy i dont juat go crazy. I try and keep my diet quiet a flate line, so i dont yoyo. It is harder from time to time either way but i just eat the same thing everyday reakly for consistency.
