I'm so, sooo sorry you've gone through this dreadful experience. Your feeling "frightened, violated and fearful" as a result is in no way irrational.

Please check your contract with the company. If your rights--as detailed in that contract--have been ignored, California is quite fierce about going to bat on your behalf. Please report them.

Your feelings are valid. Acknowledge that--I hope treating them with respect will help you find the calmness you need to find rest and deal with these home-wreckers.
