Eyes.........I would think that smaller amounts eaten throughout the day would be better on your digestion.....I know for me, when I eat a full meal, it can really throw off my digestion & I better be close to a bathroom.....but when I just eat small snacks throughout the day....it doesn't bother my system so much & it's much easier on my digestion. Might be something to at least try & see if it helps. As a matter of fact, eating a little bit throughout the day, your body doesn't go into that starvation mode & retain the calories you eat.....it thinks it's ok to not store anything because it knows that the next feeding will be there even if just enough to make it satisfied.
When I was getting through the anorexia that hit me 7 years ago....it took me several years...of eating small amounts about 6 times a day. That could be just a few oatmeal cookies at a time....a 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich.....teeth are bad so I need soft foods so vegies aren't really an option for me.....a baked potato/sweet potato......things that are comfortable on the digestion....but also makes the stomach know that it's getting fed more than once a day also keeps the weight more stable also.
