The moderators on PsychCentral are mostly administrators types who make sure me don't misbehave & treat each other well. We are well-behaved, of course.
If you're looking for a level of involvement that moves the Forums along and adds to the level of activity, I'd say be consistent in your posting and be as much as possible fact-based. Post often, whenever you have something of substance to add to a developing thread.
Most importantly, reply to that solitary, indefinite post that isn't too clear. Try to draw the person out by asking clarifying questions ... Inviting a further post and mort dialogue.
