For therapy one of the things that has worked the best for me is hypnotherapy. It's been exetremely helpful in managing the anxiety while doing trauma work. But I've noticed that the next day I'm just dragging along. I have T on thursday nights, so on fridays I can hardly function. Last week I slept 16 hours straight fri-sat. Think that the release of emotions during the sessions also play a role in everything. But how do you function the next day??
