I agree with seeing a doctor... but an MD might be a good first choice, if it's been a while since your last physical... best to rule out any physical cause first. Try mindful breathing. It's free, and often helps to center yourself. Plus, as we become anxious, we tend to hold our breath...and you probably know this also raises our anxiety feelings! Reestablishing good, slow, deep breathing might be beneficial for you. TC!
