I agree that your anger was justified. You stood up to her. Be proud of yourself for that. Like sesame said, are you going to file charges against the cousin that stole your car? I think that's the very LEAST you deserve, regardless of however anyone else feels.
BTW if you're feeling like you should be in the hospital, you should go there. Or call your T. Just don't isolate yourself because you'll feel worse.
