yea right i tried for days to get the cops to report my car stolen they REFUSED bc he is a family member who was welcome in my home. they told me to file a civil case against him after 25days. (5 days then mail a letter asking for it back, then he has 20 days after that to return it).

the only thing i can get him for is stealing my money, and i already gave the bank his name so they will handle that end of things.

im on the hook for the wheelchair. $300 to my insurance. my car insurance wont cover my wheelchair.
