is your nephew still there? have you tried looking up your nose with a flashlight? does your mom have emergency insurance? I would put a cold pack, like ice cubes in a baggie, on my nose for no more than 15 minutes at a time, like every 2 hours, to get the swelling down, but I would definitely, slowly and clearly, tell your mom if you think it's broken? plus how old is this little brat? that's a little viscious, no matter what his age, he needs a little time-out.
