hi skittles, I too have bp 2 and requested the psych that I dont have any meds,except sleepers cause I can only hack about 3 max days of bugger all sleep when manic,I find all the %#@&#! and down times come on when I'm over tired,but am trying to go wilthout meds,I need the manic or semi manic to achieve in a business I'm working on.You sound like youré better on the meds,I understand you getting sick of taking them,my darling has heaps of meds daily for health probs,heart,painkillers etc.good luck
