Oh, and one more thing: try to eat a vitamin C-rich food, such as strawberries or tomatoes or an orange, alongside an iron-rich food, such as meat. Vitamin C increases iron absorption in the body. If you are not concerned with weight, you can simply always keep OJ in the fridge. If you are concerned with weight, go for a whole orange rather than OJ.
