Planningtoexist had some great ideas. I would take her advice. We all love our children and worry night and day about them. But it's true, we need to take care of ourselves as well so we can be there when our children need us. It's to bad about your sister. Unfortunately you cant depend on her. THis must hurt you. Take care. My daughter has asthma and alergies herself. I'm asthmatic as well and it is very scary.
