Yes so many of the "old timers who have been in AA a lot think negatively about meds. They just don't get it. Re: ssd.....sometimes its best not to discuss stuff inc meds as there are always some idiots that just don't understand and never ever will. I always think people are like me but they are not. Some just are plain stupid and do not want to learn or change. Take care of YOU!

Just a p.s. SSD is hard to get and usually takes a couple years and during that time you cannot work at all unless its under the table. Once you give out you ss# the ss adm. sees you are gainfully employed, and will deny the application. If denied you can always appeal however but the process is sometimes long.
