Pretty much everyone has this question, so you are not being morbid or strange.

I personally believe that our essance never dies, energy is never distroyed it just reverts to something else, so I would assume our own energy that we create does the same. I do think it is important to "value life' and realize that the reason we are here is to learn and share with others for as long as we can.

I don't know about hell, but I believe that if someone is a selfish bad person and never learns to share and love, their selfishness lasts for eternity and their energy is negetive and dark. Cheating, selfishness, lying, stealing and harming others IMO, is something that the person has to answer to here and forever after. One doesn't have to be "great" to be a "great person".
