Guess I'll keep it in mind. I just had a bad experience with therapy and I don't trust working with them. They are human just like us and I believe this person had only part of the picture but was convinced I had an issue with something I disagreed with. I tried to see the connection and what I needed to do to improve my situation but it just didn't. So I just don't know what I want to do. Yes I talked to another T and she didn't completely agree with the first T. However, neither could come up with anything conclusive. Maybe just didn't want to commit because I don't. Is that typical.
