I think a lot of it is very much like an illusion. Our perceived reality, and if so then we also have to power to percieve it in a different way. I like these ideas because they leave a lot of room to work in.

although I think of them as illusions, similar train of thought. I really don't like ideas or concepts about feelings or emotions that are set in stone. Our emotions are not set in stone, they don't seem congruent with each other.
How much of this Bipolar, ptsd, anxiety, panic, etc is just overlapping, surely they share some roots. In my opinion.
