I guess I didn't exactly finish my thought all the way. I wrote out something else, then erased half of it, and apparently that left it incomplete. I meant to say that although we are experiencing feelings and emotions, often there is no reason for us to be feeling them. I mean there are triggers that can make us feel the emotions, but even those don't always make sense as far as what they should make us feel, and what they actually make us feel.
