Yeah, definately seek help. There are people out there who want to help. I am also trapped in my own house, afraid to leave, so getting help is important or it will only get worse to the point where you won't be able to raise your kids anyway. I think you should find a nice and compasionate T to help you through this. Good luck stuck!
