Breakfast today is yogurt with strawberries and a homemade bran muffin. Lunch is tuna salad on homemade bread, coleslaw, and an apple. (Too much mayo in that lunch.) Dinner will be a crustless swiss chard quiche and some leftover taters that will likely become hashbrowns or potato pancakes.
