Spoke to Cissy's p doc again today- they are putting her on lamictal which I am happy with for two reasons- its been the one mood stabilizer I have been on that didnt rob me of my "highs" and the side effects are minimal and they dont have to check her liver and kidneys- she has a history of kidney/uti infections so that was my concern with some meds that might have chosen.
