I am sorry for all that you have to deal with right now, safe hugs if ok...I work as a caregiver to seniors, and my last client died recently of stage 4 lung cancer..they had given her 6 months, but she survived for 11..is there someone else coming in to help you? Is your nan on oxygen or a nebulizer yet? I hope that you are able to get time for yourself..you are very brave and strong..if you need anything to help with this, I am here listening..take gentle care..
