My mum has suggested that I go and get my haircut at the barbers but this might make a blad patch more noticeable because the hair above my forehead has become much thinner and if it gets cut, there could be a large bald patch that is noticeable amongst others.
I looked up trichotillomania recently and I'm quite certain that I match some of the symptoms, and I want to overcome this issue before it gets even more serious than it is.
What can be done to help stop this bad habit? What kind of techniques are out there? Who can I speak to?
Many thanks

Hello Dark_Soldier.750,
Knowing the cause of this anxiety would help a lot to try to stop this habit. I think also that a T would help you much to resolve this issue.
And you have that habit since a while so I think you will need some professionnal help.
