Congrats on everyones successes, I am in my 1st week of treatment for depression, and Yesterday I felt like planting flowers in my flower beds, I also cleaned around my goldfish pond and got it in working order and raked up some leaves. so I feel really good about that. came inside and mopped my floors. I don't know how long its been since ive wanted to do anything productive, so I feel awesome about admitting that.
