Lexapro is similar to Celexa. It's pretty much the newer, more refined version of it.

I did go hypo at one point, but raising my dose of Seroquel fixed that quickly. (I had been on a low dose, only 200mg...now I'm at 300mg and since raising my dose there have been no signs of hypomania).
