Like bunnifoo, I'm on Lamictal and Seroquel. While I'm not sure if the Seroquel (anti-psychotic) is effective against depression, I'm convinced that Lamictal is very effective to combat depression...most of the time, at least. When I was on Celexa (anti-depressant) it sent me into manic orbit. As a result, my psychiatrist will no longer prescribe anti-depressants.
