Since I can remember I have had trouble identifying what emotion I am feeling and how to talk about it or express myself. For example, if I see something disturbing media I look towards someone else to see what they are feeling, and I don't even mean to..just do. I feel really intense emotions but can't seem to express them and don't know how to deal with them. I would really like if some can help me somehow on my emotions...my therapy isn't focusing on this matter at the moment.
