Well, the day went better than I felt it was going to be (I took 2 Valerian Root before I left).... I enjoyed seeing my sisters and a few people that were there had very nice things to say to me and about me - so that helped.
...I am glad to be back home and to be able to enjoy my own inner safety with my wonderful family - my three men, and the wagging tails of my doggies.
