Venus, there has been a recent thread on dissociation and bipolar. Perhaps you will relate to some posts in it. I very rarely get it, but sometimes, I do. Once I put an incorrect social security number (the numeric identifier of all US residents which everyone knows by heart) on a job application. Moreover, when the paper was presented to me a year later, I could not recognize my handwriting AT ALL. The culprit? I was manic when I filled out the form.
