By the way I forgot to mention in my last post but what I find helpful when I am compulsive engaging in repetitive thoughts is to put on limit on them. That is I tell myself okay you usually do this 10 times before you feel alright how about trying 8 for now and then more and more I try to lessen it. I would say that I have had many times were I am succesful in doing this. It is hard for me at times really hard but in the long run it loosens the hold OCD has on me. Maybe you could try this sometime see if it helps. By the way I was on Zoloft for my OCD and I found that it did work well. Good Luck!
