Yes i have tried to journal my feelings, both through just writing, and through writing poems and drawing. But right now nothing is helping me!
Its up and down alot, i can go through times where Im not happy but im not feeling this low. And then other times I can be very low (like right now!) Although to be honest, these feelings have been going on for the past month or so, they have now escalated.
Thankyou. Im new to this site, so tends to take me a while to open up about things.
