It's not selfish to want to cry if you're feeling bad. You are entitled to express your emotions. Lord knows it's not good to bottle them up, I do that and I know it's not good. Do you have anyone to talk to, like a therapist? Or a friend? I call my best friend sometimes when I feel like crap, even though she lives 8 hours away. Sometimes I cry by myself too. I usually feel a little better after I let that out. Sometimes I might take a small walk. Even if it's not far. I've heard that exercise can help, even though I don't follow that myself bc I get enough of it at my job. I probably am no help, but I do understand how you feel. I hope you are feeling a little better today. I also know that going out into the sun is helpful, especially in winter, and even tanning, bc it releases chemicals in the brain that bolster happiness. I'm not one to talk about tanning, though, I'm as pale as snow, but some ppl swear by it.
