I still go to Physical Therapy and also see my Psychologist each 3x a week. My anxiety attacks are kept at bay. I've learned to dissociate back away from some triggering ppl/things... on command, rather than always being out of control triggered. Recently had an in-home assessment and have a mediation coming up regarding a personal assistant/attendant and motorized wheelchair...
other than that, I'm still here!
