just found this thread. Please call someone in your mental health team.
Be completely honest about you thoughts/feelings/plannings.
Maybe a day program to get you got of house for therapy.
Then you won't be alone all day with your thoughts.
I can't add much to all the lovely comments on here. We love you!!
You have so much to live for. I will repeat things you've heard before.
Your children & husband need you, more than you realize right now.
You can be a strong example for immediate & extended family that you are strong, go the distance.
I know you can do this! As said already don't let the abusers win.
Make sure thru all this they know you can conquer.
Trudge thru & see you kids & grandkids grow up.
For now take it an hour or minute at a time but please don't loose the big picture.
No one that cares about you wants to be without you!!
No one can replace Tinkerbell.
Please call someone, don't go thru this alone. Ask for help.
