Intresting, I don't actually 'hear' any voices, but some of my thoughts come in words so its literally in my head and I know that is where it is.....but that still doesn't make it go away. But yeah like when I get pissed off I will literally argue with myself about what to do and then have criticizing thoughts of what I should have done. Though this thought process, voice whatever you want to call it seems pretty irrational and impulsive but makes some good points at times.

Usually if a doctor asks me that question it confuses me. Not sure if they just want to know about 'hallucinations' or just talking thoughts like voices in the head. Only time I hear anything not there that seems from outside is when I go too long without sleep or enough sleep, but that is what sleep deprivation can do.
