Hi inkblot,
I don't think skipping meals is a good idea. When you do, your body retains the more all the fat and the sugar that follows eventually.
I've tried it without success.
Eating between meals (except for vegetables) is also not a good habitude.
Eat 3 meals a day, try to avoid food with fat (fried foods, french fries, chips, chocolate, pastries, cheeze). Once in a while is ok, but try to cut on this type of food. Eat plenty of vegetables.
Slushes, Colas, Kool-Aids are products full of sugar. Use it with moderation.
Do you think you might have a food consuming disorder ?
Skeaping meals and/or eating between meals is not recommended at all.
So eat well when it's time and you'll be fine !
p.s. : try to figure how many calories there is in a McFlurry with M & N's, lol...
Sincerely,
Starbuck
