P-doc called and told me to stay on 80 mg Geodon, to wait and see. He said to not start Abilify. And he will have the pharmacy send me a low dose of Topomax. What frightens me is the possibility that I will have cognitive side effects, such as problems finding words, without being cognizant of them, not realizing that something is amiss. So please tell me if I start using odd words in odd context or just become generally, as p-doc put it, "dopey". I will want to know if something is wrong with me.
