There is no pain associated with it at all, just a tightness like my muscles are tense it is in the back of my head and sometimes goes around the skull area.Like I said I don't panic anymore since they put me on Zoloft, but it is quite uncomformtable, I also get light-headed when this happens, really light-headed I usually have to lie down or get somewhere where it is quiet.
