and rainbow8, thanks to you, I wasn't invisible. t heard you loud and clear and also, to hankster, yes, the greek chours was the best.

it was an intense session, couldn't stay for all of it. but t was gentle, didn't yell and best of all told me i could quit journaling. that i make "word salad" and that makes me crazier., so now just "snapshots" of my day...
and then asked me if i wanted to make another appt. i always think he wants to kick me out... told him i already have one... "see ya next week" >>>>> i don't know why but that makes me feel real secure when i get to hear that from t.!
