We revised custody this past winter and my lawyer didn't want to push child support then because he thought it would look like that was the only reason I wanted my daughter here the majority of the time. Now the lawyer wants me to come back and go for child support at $200 an hour fees. It's never been court ordered. He's not skipping out on anything.
