My habits vary. There are times when I'll go several days hardly eating anything at all. That's actually what I was doing up until around Thursday or midweek last week. I've been more hungry since. Of course, I made that one post about my wonderful, highly caloric, Twizzler's licorice then. Two or three psychologists seem to think that I do have an eating disorder. I love to be thin and I like the feel of "thin". Sometimes I just feel that it doesn't matter if I eat or not, that I do okay without. It's almost hard to explain because there is so much to it. In the past it was always normal for me to have hormonal sugar cravings prior to periods. I know that skipping meals nor making a meal out of junk food is really all that healthy. Bad habits. Oh, I have a nutrition content list for all McDonald's foods out in the car, so I could look up a McFlurry! LOL
