well, it depends how ripe the fruit are. The riper the fruit, the higher the sugar content. If you ate :"green apples"-apple not quite ripe-increase the "transit time" of the fruit through your gastrointestinal tract. It could cause "accidents", increased bloating, flatus, and trips to BR. Each person's bowels are different, so you will have to work up the amount of fruit so the timing is predictable. I have no problem talking about this kind of issue as I believe it is part of the body's nature process and should never be considered in negative term. e.g. I think sometimes it has gotten a "bum rap".
