Hello,

Thank you so much for your help and advice. Im based in the UK and im not sure of what the difference is between a primary care doctor and a primary doctor? over here we have one doctor who we need to go to for everything. He normally just says take paracetamol for any condition and tries to get you out of the office as quick as possible. unfortunatly we dont get alot of choice as to which doctor we can see due to numbers of people registered at each surgery.

i can request blood tests im sure though, i not sure if he would grant me them.. i just dont know what to say i want the for as he will be very hesitant in arranging one for me. god this situation is so messed up.

I also can only get refered to someone for counceling by my doctor but the waiting list is about 3 months. I have been contacting local charities to spea to them when i get very sad but they cant refer e for medication or do tests. ill have to do some more research. i really appreciate your help.. thank you

I'm so sorry your feeling so bad

You have so much going on I'm sure it's overwhelming. None of us can diagnose you of course.

If you haven't had a recent check up and blood work from your primary care Doctor you should just be checked out to make sure there isn't a medical reason for what your going through.

When you mentioned telling your doctor about these problems are you talking about a Primary care doctor ? You really need a psychatrist to diagnose you and give you proper treatment. Primary doctors are just not trained to treat an emotional or mental illness. Often your primary doctor can refer you to a doctor. If not just start calling the doctors in your area. Many of us have a therapist that can help us learning coping skills.

In the meantime since you have all kinds of stress going on try some meditation or just deep breathing and focus on how the air feels inside going into your lungs , I know sounds silly but my Therapist told me about it and it helps me a lot and hopefully will help you too.

I hope you are able to get some much needed help, everyone deserves to feel good. Keep on posting here all you need to. Everyone here is very supportive and have buckets full of advice.
