I feel so happy for you! Improvement is a great thing! When I go back to therapy, I will probably do mindfulness therapy again. I got so much out of it before. It sounds much easier than it is, which is why mindfulness with a therapist works so well. It's like they know the bits to give you to process until the next week. Miraculous stuff in my opinion. Are you still doing hypno-therapy - did that work well?
